Gravy Lifestyle joins KINOD again for 2012. Tonight I roll in with my new toy... my 1981 Mercedes 300SD powered by waste vegetable oil.

OCs Finest Food Trucks Meet, Greet, and Eat x TAB Tuesday 1/17/12

Happy New Year! As we cross the halfway mark into January, let's kick it off with OC's Finest food trucks X TAB Tuesday bringing it on once again in Rowland Heights. Announced last minute, Johnny and Ron of OC's Finest and TAB Tuesday anticipated a smaller crowd. What started off as a mini-meet turned out to be a full-blown car meet with a ton of cars coming in and out! Fresh rides, as well as some new up and coming food trucks... it was definitely a good night all the way through. R/C drifters were sliding around close to the food trucks and a crowd gathered. One of the R/C cars was a fresh 1/10 AE86 coupe with a bicycle attached to the roof! There was also a row full of MR2's... more than I have seen in a while.
It was absolutely frigid that night but that didn't stop people from coming out to the meet. Small expectation but big surprise, it was a good way to start the year.

Cars & Coffee Irvine is an open car meet/show that takes place in Irvine @ Mazda North American Operations parking lot every Saturday.
Being that it is New Year's Eve, C&C had an amazing turnout. What a great way to close the year

KINOD 12/30/11

KINOD is a weekly Friday roadster meet that takes place primarily in City of Industry, CA.
We made it as a roadster community through another year. What else can I say, other than I am proud to be part of KINOD, a roadster brotherhood that is dear to me. In 2011 some of us landed memorable milestones:
In the wake of Japan's earthquake/tsunami tragedy, car meets included fundraising for donations to Red Cross
Gourmet food trucks and car meets become firmly established as a new So-Cal popular pastime
*Gravy Lifestyle's relaunch*
Cody's killer NA is immortalized on Super Street magazine (November issue)
Sonny and 949 Racing DOMINATED 25hrs of Thunderhill

Can't deny it, Roadsters are everywhere. 2011 was a tough year for everyone, but we made it. Lets look up to what 2012 will bring.
